We specifically offer maintenance on planned development sites for property management companies South of England. These sites are normally becoming overgrown and we are able to come in and carry out vegetation clearance work followed by a programme of ongoing spraying and cutting maintenance to keep the sites clear and keep on top of the works required specific to the site.

The following works can be carried out on a regular or one-off basis:

• Grass and vegetation cutting

• Maintenance of Shrub beds

• Hedge cutting

• Weed Control. We treat planted and paved areas on a regular basis to keep them weed free. We also undertake treatment programmes to eradicate Invasive Weeds such as Japanese Knotweed, Giant Hogweed and Ragwort.

• Winter Maintenance. This involves Gritting car parks and pathways as well as Snow Clearance when required to keep schools, offices etc safe throughout the winter. We use white rock salt as this is a cleaner and more efficient product. We supply winter maintenance products.
